I sincerely apologize for not attending the scheduled boiler service appointment. Unfortunately, I had an unexpected family emergency as my father was taken to A&E, which meant I was unable to fulfill my commitment that day.
I understand the inconvenience this may have caused the customer, and I did inform them of the situation as soon as I was able to. I have also reached out to offer a rescheduled appointment at their earliest convenience to make things right.
I always strive to provide reliable and professional service, and I regret that unforeseen circumstances affected this booking. I hope to resolve this matter with the customer and appreciate the opportunity to do so.
