M3 were responsive and got the job done in good time. They had to charge more than the original quote because they had quoted without coming to look, but the increased costs were justified as extra parts and time was needed and we increased the scope of work.

Fast response to Checkatrade and really fast job completion (48 hours). Parts prices extremely expensive would guess at least double plumber merchant price. Would recommend with caveats on price
