They responded quickly to my request for service, they were super efficient, very clear in explaining things, very proactive in highlighting potential issues (that weren't even directly related to the work they were doing) and were offering workable solutions. Darren contacted me straight away and spoke to me on the phone before going to my Mum's to carry out essential lighting work. Punctual, efficient and the cost was very reasonable. He gave Mum 10% off because she is elderly. Highly recommended.

Darren attended after I had an electrical fault in my living room which left my head scratching. He methodically worked through the possible causes, identified what the issue was and restored power. I also asked him to look at a flooded light fitting, which he replaced and a couple of corroded sockets. All work was done professionally, communication was excellent, and Darren turned up and came back when he said he would. The work area was left clean and tidy. I'd highly recommend.
