I contacted M1 for a quote and Mark came around the next day. We agreed on a price and he was able to squeeze me in the next week. Removal and replacement of a 7 section run of fencing and dealing with a cantankerous neighbour in the process. Fantastic job, couldn't have asked for nicer people. Reasonable price and all completed in 2 days.

The team of Mark, Claire and Darren, carried-out, a highly professional job throughout. Fence was of excellent quality, with these concrete footings along the entire base of the fence, making it weathered and more durable than the traditionally only wooden fences. Only took about an impressive fours hours for the entire project, for a fence approximately 15 yards long and 6ft high. Four bays sections. Moreover, I was satisfied with the cost of the entire project. To that end, a quote during a pre visit, was quickly established, and was the final cost as well.

Mark gave me a free estimate and advised me on options which was very professional und much appreciated. He is a very pleasant person and he is very reliable and communicative. He did the job and everything was done as agreed. There was no damage and he left the place tidy. It was a relatively small job but I would not hesitate to ask him back or recommend him highly .

Daren did an excellent job with exemplary workmanship replacing a fence. He first had to remove a wall without going in a neighbour’s garden. That was very difficult and he did an excellent job. This is the second time we have used mark and team and highly recommend them.

This is our second job with Mark. We recommend him, Clare and Daren highly. Darren has a tricky job of removing a wall and reinstating fence with it going into the neighbour’s garden. Excellent workmanship and we are delighted with the fence.
