Fixed leak to cellar from street within a couple of days of request and explained everything clearly. Job done quickly. Andy and team professional and friendly. Andy Lynch and his team did a brilliant job sorting out structural issues caused by poor previous work. Andy was professional, honest, and easy to deal with. He put us in touch with a structural engineer and building inspector, making the whole process straightforward. He worked with us to tailor a solution that met both our needs and budget. The lads turned up on time, worked hard, and left everything clean and tidy. We’d highly recommend them — reliable, skilled, and a pleasure to work with.

Andy and his team have just completed a renovation on my property, I met Andy on the day I got the keys and we went through my ideas and Andy explained the things I could and couldn’t have, he had lots of ideas on how we could shave down the costs in certain areas and really worked with my budget to help me get what I wanted, the whole process took three months and it’s completely transformed the house even down to the final touches, myself and my son have now moved in and we love our new home

Although a few hiccups along the way, we navigated them together and they were always transparent and open. They were consistently on site from the start of the job through to completion and followed up after the work was completed. Top lads and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!
