  LXM Building Services recently completed fire compartmentation works to all 9 roof spaces at St Mary’s Mansions, and their performance was outstanding from start to finish. The project involved complex and sensitive work in residential blocks, but the LXM team handled it with professionalism, care, and great attention to detail. Their knowledge of fire safety regulations and compartmentation standards was clear from the outset, giving us confidence that the work would be fully compliant and executed to the highest standard.
