Liam is always on time & straightforward to deal with. He provides photos of before & after - explains all processes & costs in advance. Never adding costs once a quote has been made. I have used him several timed over the years. we have an old roof on a hill, so the high winds have created different problems over the years. I trust Liams ethics & competence.

I had never met an honest & trustworthy roofer until I met Liam. He takes time & date stamped pictures of the areas of your roof/gutter/chimney to show you what needs to be done. He then repeats the process when he has finished so you can see what he's done. Hand on heart I can say that I would recommend him to anyone. He won't cut corners or suddenly find 'extras' and he won't charge you an over exagerrated price either.

Correcting loss of cenent on edges of roof

Liam was quick to respond to my request for a quote. He came around and assessed the work in prompt time, and provided the cost quickly. He explained the work needing doing, which I felt was fair and honest. It was also reasonably priced. The job was rescheduled several times, but once it was done it was completely quickly. Quality of the work seems good, and Liam provided photo records of all the work done. I would be happy to recommend him
