The work was carried out very thoroughly and professionally. Lee explained everything that needed to be done very clearly. After fitting my new radiator he tested and balanced by central heating system. It works better that it has done in years. I would highly recommend L&W and happily use again.

Very fast response and good communication. Had the leaking valve replaced in no time and left the workplace clean and tidy. Would recommend any time.

We have used Lee a couple of times for replacing a leaking shower screen, fixing a leaking bathroom waste. Both jobs involved investigating and tracking a leak which he did brilliantly without the need for any damage or intrusive actions. We found his work to be very well finished. He was very communicative and happy to work with our difficult timescales. We have also found his rates to be very reasonable. Lee is a very pleasant, mild mannered and reasonable gentleman who you will find to be very trustworthy and commendable.

Lee was great start to finish. Good communication and visited first to see what needed doing. Before arranging the days work to complete the works. Small leak from the tap upon completion but Lee was straight back to sort. (Wasn’t Lee’s fault - poor install of sink from whoever installed it previously) Lee was very friendly and cleaned up after himself

Lee quickly found the source of the leak and made all the necessary repairs. Good communication throughout and a really nice guy . Would highly recommend!
