  Fix broken toilet

  Lee provided an impeccable service, we had an issue with our bathroom, i reached out to Lee to see whether he could fit us in and shared some pictures of the issue. Lee tried to help me resolve it but when that wasn't possible he moved some things around so that he could fix it the following day! Really appreciate the flexibility and the rapid response.

  Replied promptly, gave a competitive quote and set a date. The? Nothing - failed to turn up and did not respond to further communication. Thus us the secind time this trader had failed to respond. There won't be a third strike...
