  Repairs to semi detached roof, re-felting

  “LWhomeimprovements” were one of the 3 companies sent to quote on repairing my roof around the chimney area. John seemed pleasant and explained what he would do. On starting the job I was informed that my chimney was not secure and that the batons holding the tiles were rotten, I was shown a video to confirm this, I agreed to have the roof striped and re-felted and chimney removed to below roof level, on completion I am not happy with results as tiles on the rear of the house have not been laid correctly, and are not laid in straight lines.
