Luke did a great job he was professional, trustworthy, and quick. Highly recommend for any plastering work.

I had my outside loo converted into an inside loo, which required bricking up the old door, installing a new door, electrics, new loo/sink fitted and plumbing, radiator repositioning, and carpentry on an entire wall to conceal the boiler and piping. Also, the conservatory was renovated with new floor and walls. All was completed to an excellent standard, and Luke was exceptionally considerate, communicative and a clean worker. He takes pride in his work and does the job as if it’s in his own house. Highly recommend!

What seemed like an endless project Luke quickly removed a dividing wall, levelled the floor and plastered our huge living room, hall, stairs and landing, plus bedrooms. He was clean and tidy, on time and worked hard. We would highly recommend Luke. He has a good knowledge of the building trade and a polite manner about him. He went out of his way to assist me in a few jobs I was doing to help out where I was struggling.

Luke was a pleasure to deal with. Extremely good communication, fantastic time keeping, great project management, fair price and bearing in mind it was a very dusty job no dust went in our house due to his excellent dust management and cleanliness. Will definitely be using Luke again & highly recommend.

When Luke stripped back the fascia board the wood underneath was completely rotten and this had spread to part of the rafters. He fully explained what had to be done to remedy this. Apart from leaving to get the timber he needed to carry out this bigger job he worked non-stop all day. When he finished he thoroughly cleaned up the area and disposed of all the waste. I can now fully open both my patio doors which is something the dropped fascia stopped me doing. I would thoroughly recommend L W Home Developments and will call on them in the future if needed.
