    Quick and responsive, although I could have turned the water down more myself if given verbal instructions on the phone to try first. But my husband phoned he has Parkinson's and I missed that opportunity to ask as I had googled and found the possible reason for too hot water but at least I am reassured I was on the right track and if things persist we have a plan in place to deal with it.

    Solder joint leak

    Had a leak from an old solder joint, as I had used LW Gas for over 20 years I had no hesitation in calling them for a repair. As always they were quickly on it, Ken arrived the next day and carried out a superb repair in a hard to get at place in a cupboard. Great communication throughout. I highly recommend this company.

    Reliable, friendly, affordable.

    I use L W Gas every year to service our boiler and I'm always really happy with everything - they are excellent at communicating and getting the service booked in, they send helpful reminders, the engineers are always friendly and courteous, and the price is very reasonable. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone requiring similar work.
