Lee came out very promptly and explained in detail what he would do to find out why my boiler would not ignite. He proceeded to carry out various tests and procedures and methodically got to the root of the problem . He was courteous and helpful throughout and solved the problem. His enthusiasm for and in-depth knowledge of his work in getting to the bottom of our boiler malfunction and advice on how we could prevent a recurrence helped alleviate a stressful situation. I will certainly use him and his company for regular boiler servicing and maintenance
