In my experience, Lux are a reliable, professional & helpful company. I contacted Tomas with an enquiry for installing a wood burning stove and he was by far the most reasonably priced. I told him the make & model of burner I wanted & he was able to source it at a very good price. He then arranged the installation date, turned up on time & the job was completed quickly and without fuss. I am extremely grateful for his help and the expertise provided in fitting the stove. I have no hesitation recommending Lux woodburners Ltd and have already recommended them to our neighbours.

Tomas has taken great care and attention to detail with the delivery of our new fireplace. He and his team are honest, clear and extremely hardworking. They went above and beyond to accommodate our requirements and fitted us into their busy schedule. We are delighted with the finished product and look forward to cold evenings by the warmth of the stove. We chose to have porcelain tiling in the chamber and hearth for a contemporary look. Tomas understood the aesthetic we were after with little explanation and set out the tiles perfectly.

Tomas was fantastic! From start to finish answering lots of emails, carrying out the install making everything perfect. He pulled out my old gas fire. Bricked the gaps and put in a lintel. A pipe was put down the chimney and a split oyster chamber put in then the stove. The beam was cut to the perfect size as was the hearth a very high standard of work. Thanks also to Tomas’s helper. I love my new stove log burner.
