  Stephen arrived on time, on the days he said he would. Straight to work and completed the work to an exceptionally high standard. He tidied up after himself which we find rare in a tradesperson. We are absolutely delighted with our bathroom transformation 👍🏻

  Refitting en suite and tiling floor

  I have already posted a good review of Luxury Style bathrooms and was happy with the work carried out. However since the end of the job I am not so happy. I paid promptly and left a good review but on first use of the shower, it flooded over the tray and didn’t drain. I contacted Stephen who said he knew what the issue was and how to fix it. Gave me a date he would come finish the job The last I heard from him was early January - no show and doesn’t respond to my messages If you are going to be on checkatrade then you must do better Beware, make sure you test EVERYTHING prior to paying

  Bathroom and downstairs toilet tiling and fitting

  I contacted Luxury Bathrooms via checkatrade, response was swift, as was assessment, cost and estimate of timescale of the work. I was pleased that the work timescale was 1 month sooner than originally estimated meaning it was completed before Christmas. Stephen was great to deal with, available, professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of the work. All in all very happy with the standard and quality of the work undertaken and would not hesitate to approach them again in future or to recommend them to others.

  Bathroom refurbishment

  Our bathroom was designed and totally refurbished and we are delighted with the final result. From start to finish our experience with Stevie was excellent. Attention to detail was 100%. Communication was excellent. We fully recommend this company.
