  New Kitchen/diner

  We chose Luxuria on recommendation and very happy that we did. They extended our kitchen by knocking through. The job was handled by their project manager who took the pressure off us completely from start to finish. He organised and coordinated everything and everyone, including the plumber, builder, electrician and the decorator. Thanks to their workmanship, reliability, courtesy and services we are very happy with our new kitchen/diner and would use them again should we chose to do another complicated project like this one in the future.

  Large extension and garage conversion

  David and the team were excellent throughout the job. We stayed onsite during the work and they were courteous and professional, keeping us updated and consulting regularly on what we wanted. Regular check-ins, transparent and tight control over the budget and good communication. Not the cheapest but worth every penny for the project management and quality of the end result. Would recommend every day of the week.

He and his team came with a can do attitude and commitment to making sure I has happy with the finish quality of the project. I have used Luxuria Property Ltd for a subsequent project (drive paving) and again been very happy with the work.

  The work carried out by Luxuria was outstanding. The entire process from the very beginning through to the end (and even after care) was a great experience. The whole team was great to work with. We were thrilled with the end result and it came in on budget and on time.
