  James did an excellent job helping us with a leaking cold feed to our hot water dispenser. He responded promptly, quickly identified the source of the problem, and fixed the leak efficiently before it could cause any further issues. Throughout the job, James was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He explained what had gone wrong in a clear and straightforward way and carried out the repair to a high standard.

  A quick response and a superb job done

  James came to view the issues that I had explained clearly what the problem was and how he would remedy it. Quoted that evening I was very happy with the price.He came back 2 days later to do the job. He was polite tidy and left me feeling very reassured that the issue has been sorted. I would not hesitate to use him again.
