The guy worked hard and installed the shower. He dropped his screw driver couple times and damaged the enamel inside the bath ,also rushed the sealant around the pipe fitting, which was rectified by a friend of mine.

Arrived earlier than promised. Attentively diagnosed and solved issue after discussing and agreeing on options. Issue was fixed super quick and so far looks to have worked like a charm. Many thanks Rhys.

Turned up early. Diagnosed the issue fast - 60+ year old stop cock. Came back with the right bits. Replaced the stop cock and fitted an outside tap in a little over an hour. No issues. Delighted.
