Richard and his team undertook a full restoration of my hall and shower room and redecoration and new flooring through the majority of the ground floor. This was the second time we have used Lux contracts, and again, we are delighted with the end result. This was a job that spanned several months with stripping out and drying out phases. Richard liaised with our insurers and with multiple suppliers to ensure there were no unnecessary delays and his team were reliable, pleasant and professional throughout. We would have no hesitation in recommending Lux contracts.

I was impressed and happy with the job Richard and his team did. They were extremely courteous, conscientious and did a very good job. I appreciated the communication and flexibility throughout, particularly the fact they were great at listening & adapting to my requests throughout the process. I felt I was in very good hands, and the quality of work and expertise on hand was excellent. I would easily recommend and will happily ask them to do more work in future.

Lux Contracts has proven to be far from advertised. Richard Lowe took on work that he was incapable of completing, contracted it to incompetent sub-contractors - we had to report his plumber to Gas Safe given the unsafe nature of the work. No guarantees, warranties etc have been provided, only excuses. Lowe has left us with leaking, malfunctioning underfloor heating, and a floor tiling job throughout the ground floor that likely requires complete redoing. His company has offered every excuse under the sun but no evidence to back any of it. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

Brilliant work from Richard and the team. So reliable and worked to a really high standard. Completed the work on time. Would have no hesitation recommending.
