pleasant young man did what he needed to complete the job

Tayab and his colleague were polite, courteous and extremely efficient in fitting 2 of my TV Brackets for my parent's house. There was good communication between us prior to him attending the house and only when we felt the job was satisfactory (which it certainly was as Tayab ensured we had the right screws for the heavy duty bracket) they had left. Very reliable and great workmanship.

Second time around using this lad, had a ring doorbell fitted by LUX last year. Decided to get a port extension on my house which meant the ring doorbell was not covering outside the door anymore. Called Waj down, And he offered a solution, which was very simple and very effective, He was able to put a joint connection to the existing location of the doorbell and take a wire to the new location hiding all the wires within the cladding of the porch no wires visible whatsoever. Highly recommend, can’t fault one bit.

Had cameras installed in my house yesterday. The guys were super nice and finished the job nice and quick, with no issues whatsoever. Cameras look amazing and cover the exact view of what we’d hoped for. The guys were really helpful to explain how the app works, the app itself works smoothly - easy and convenient to use. The motion detection feature makes the experience much better and makes us feel safer. Overall would 110% recommend Lux CCTV to anyone who’s looking to install cameras!
