The builders replied to the job posting next day and arrived on schedule to view the damage. Andy identified the problem as a damaged lintol and quoted same day. He also advised a small area of damp was consistent with lintol damage. I considered the quote to be reasonable. The work was started and finished on time and the work area cleaned up. I was very pleased with the work done and particularly as Andy fixed an unrelated problem on the garage for no charge. I would definitely employ the same firm in the event of any future brick related issues as my first choice.
