  Great service from Lunar Rock. Scaffolding for two-storey terrace house was put up and taken down quickly & all on time . Really helpful & friendly guys too :)

  Used Lunar Rock scaffolding whilst I had work done on the front of my house. Great service throughout from start to finish. Quick to install, great communication throughout. Highly recommend and would use again.

  Recently had Omar and the team erect scaffolding across the rear of our house so we could undertake some maintenance work on the upper part of the house. Omar and son came and visited and gave us a very reasonable quote on the day and we arranged to have the scaffolding erected on a date 2 weeks in the future. The day of install the team came and were all very professional and courteous and very respectful of our property and were gone in about 2-3 hours. On instruction we'd finished, they came and removed the scaffolding when were out and again, were very professional and tidy. Mega job.

  Negligent Behaviour & Poor service

  The team arrived 3 hours late with no notice. Omar gave me a personal number, then told me not to use it, without providing an alternative. I had to search online for a contact and was ignored for days, including while he was abroad. Scaffold collection was delayed, and when it was finally removed, they left my gate wide open while I was overseas, leaving the property exposed. My neighbour also found the workers rude. No apology, no accountability. Unprofessional and careless throughout.
