2.5 Replace dripping tap, stop tap and washing machine valve

Elliot visited,quoted,returned,worked, was paid,left. I turned on new Ebb and Flo mixer tap to access hot water from my trusty Sadia water heater ...nothing.. Elliot returned 1 Tried building water pressure to clear tap 2 Tried adapting tap using old tap spindle to engage water heater 3 Tried replumbing water heater Water running warm, Elliot left. I noticed lid of water heater not on properly, torch revealed large puddle underneath. Further inspection revealed two more drips around his work on water stop tap and cold flo valve.
