Dean responded to my emergency call out quicker than any other merchant and arrived at the specified time to carry out the repairs. I was kept informed throughout the whole process and given options to choose from in regards to the repair itself. The quality of the work was of a very high standard and my property was left in the same condition it was in before he arrived. Many many thanks!

Dean arrived on time and did the job quickly and efficiently.

Dean did an excellent job moving a some plug sockets for me. He was friendly and communicative, very reasonably priced, and flexible on booking times. He completed the job quickly but thoroughly, kept damage to a minimum (some damage is obviously unavoidable when moving sockets but there was much less than expected – very easy for me to make good myself) and left absolutely no mess behind. I would definitely recommend him and will be using him again for any electrical needs

Sockets in living room tripped fuse, likely down to pesky mice. Dean was responsive in all communications and turned up on time (rare in my experience of trades). He came up with a couple of workable solution after assessing the job that allowed me to use key sockets (as renovation plans down the line), and promptly took steps to carry out work. He was polite on job and not condescending like some others have been. Definitely my new go-to for electrical work and already recommended him to others.
