  Inspection of tiling and roofing pre purchase

  Luke gave me very good advice about about the work necessary to repair the roof and an estimate that seems very fair. I am hoping to complete soon and will be pleased to choose his company for the repairs.

  Luke was 1st class from start to finish, even sourcing the right product for my needs as the standard fitting was too large for my space. However he went above and beyond to find a part that would work all within a good timeframe and costs.

  Investigate and quote for a roof leak

  Had a roof leak. Luke came round and spent time investigating where the leak was coming from removing tiles and checking for water ingress points. He made a few recommendations and spotted a small tear on the flat roof and sealed it. Honest as he said he specialized in pitch roof and would obtain quotes from his contacts. Didn't charge me for his time, but I gave him a tip for his time and due diligence. Hasn't leaked since and waiting for warmer weather to decide what to do

  Roof tile and ridge tile repair / replace

  Luke came to see my mums roof that was leaking in water - he came in time and having looked at the roof advised us that he could see many of the tiles were cracked , missing or installed incorrectly. He went out his way to find the tiles to match what we had , then came back and replaced around 100 tiles and the ridge tile needed replacing and the missing one fitted - I have to say I 100% recommend his services to anyone - very honest and hard working and to top it off the job was done perfectly and clean - no water coming in at all now .
