Luke and his team delivered a fantastic job, being truthful and adaptable every step of the way. Luke not only helped us with our floor, but other kitchen jobs too. Contacted Luke after house survey pointed possible problems with flooring springy movement etc. inspection carried out and report done which gave me really good peace of mind to continue with purchase. We contacted Luke at very short notice as the tradesman we had employed for some reason was unable to complete the work. Luke said he would fit us as soon as possible as he already had quite a few jobs booked. When he came he was on time, very helpful, explained what he was doing and left the area where he had been working neat and tidy as he found it. A very nice and knowledgeable tradesman has done exactly what we asked of him. Hired Luke as a last minute replacement after we were let down by another contractor. Initially a bit rocky with communication but turned up when he promised and cracked straight on.
