Luke was excellent from start to finish. Explained exactly what he was going to do and any problem he might encountered. All the work to my first floor roof and second floor guttering was carried out when he said and to an exellent standard. Luke was great, he was were referred by a family member who also had a great experience with. Luke talked us through any issues and made sure we understood what he was doing at all points, he was also very respectful of the neighbours. Emergency leak into dining area repaired on day of quote before Christmas, everything needed to be done explained well and no pressure to accept quote, Once work started Luke explained each step , 4 day job , well on time each day working diligently to get the job done well.
