The first clean was thorough with a lot of time and attention taken. However when the water dried and we saw the results the following day, there were areas which were not 100% streak free. I contacted the guys, and they scheduled an appointment, same out and re cleaned the affected areas.
Great customer service, and I will be now having them regularly.

Lukasz provided an impressive level of service right from the very start. No matter the time of day, Lukasz was always available to answer my queries - he really took the stress away from having our windows cleaned. He also ensured that I was kept thoroughly informed and updated throughout the whole process. Furthermore, whilst completing the job for us, not only was he an absolute joy to have around, but I was also impressed by how he had taken the time to ensure that everyone of our windows were meticulously cleaned - so much so, that the results were immediately apparent upon completion.
