Lucy has not only changes our locks when we first moved in but has also done an emergency gearbox fix on our front door and fixed the issue within the hour of calling her. 10/10 service

Glad to have come across Lucy to repair some old door locks. Lucy was able to quickly identify what work was needed, proposed a plan of action, and carried out the repairs professionally, and with no fuss. I would be very happy to use her services again.

I called Lucy after our front door lock had deteriorated significantly, and we were also having minor issues with other outside doors. She responded straight away and booked in a time - on the first visit, the three minor repairs were made very quickly, and then she returned to fit a new mechanism to the front door a couple of days later, making it safe in the meantime. They are like new now, and very satisfying. Excellent service, and highly recommended.

We have used Lucy before on an external lock. We needed a lock replaced and contacted Lucy. She was away on vacation but booked a date for her return. The lock was replaced utilising the existing door furniture and looks very smart. It was quickly completed and we are pleased with the service we received. If you need a lock sorted then I would recommend Lucy
