I found the fee a little too high for the size of the job though I agreed as I was desperate. I asked Satya if he could provide me a report so I could submit it to the insurance company. He promised he would. I paid straight away after the work. No sign of the report coming. He ignored my messages completely. He was ever so quick to respond to my questions until he got his money. It was a hard lesson I learned. “NEVER PAY UNTIL THEY’VE DONE EVERYTHING THEY PROMISED.”. No matter how nice and sympathetic they sound initially, They don’t care at all once they’ve got their money.

I recently hired Lucky Build to paint my flat, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. They arrived on time every day, worked efficiently, and maintained a clean and organized workspace throughout the project. The attention to detail was outstanding, every wall, corner, and trim was painted with precision, and the finish looks flawless. What I appreciated most was clear communication, honest pricing, and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure I was happy with the final result.

Great service from start to finish. The gentleman quickly found and fixed a leak in the boiler pipes and replaced the old boiler efficiently. He was professional, tidy, and explained everything clearly. The new system works perfectly.

These guys are professional & efficient. I am blown away with the outcome of my bathroom. A huge thank you to the team at Lucky Build; Satya & Sakhil for great communication & Daniel & Craigu for delivering a bathroom that is now fit for purpose. The guys finished ahead of schedule despite losing a day & a half due to a rather inefficient delivery from the bathroom people but nonetheless it all came together. I have no hesitation in 100% recommending these guys - they will be back to do my kitchen installation (when the items are finally delivered).
