  Full apartment refurbished, clear out old contents, open up door way into 2nd bedroom

  This was no small task, the whole apartment was full of furniture left over from previous tenants, the layout had been changed to make it a 3 bed. We changed it back to its original 2 bed layout, fitting new solid wood floors throughout the whole building. Refitting a previously removed wall all within a tight time frame. The outcome is amazing. These guys are perfectionists. The job included. Plastering, painting, removing old flooring and false walls (and disposing of it) fitting new solid wood floors. Would highly recommend Chris and his team for any project..

  Camera & Alarm Mounting

  I can’t say enough about Chris and his team. Responded to my all my questions quickly and clearly and managed to help us out on very short notice. Arrived exactly when they told us they would, confirming the time the morning of, and carried out all the work to a great standard. Chris made sure to check exactly what was required before starting any piece of work and took the time to confirm we were happy and make any adjustments before moving onto the next stage. I would recommend Chris and his team to anyone and will certainly be looking to use them again in the future. Thanks again guys!

  Reliable handyman!

  Chris has been doing jobs for me at my rented property since november 2022. He has done small repair work/general maintenance, decorating, laminate flooring, plumbing. I use Chris because he is friendly and reliable and is quick to respond to my messages. His work is always appreciated and I can trust him to do a good job. I am pleased to recommend him to other clients.

  We have used Chris at Lucava for a couple of years now to maintain rental properties we own. He has always been very responsive and quick to complete the works. All the work has been to a great standard, hence why we have kept going back to him. He is reliable and always tries to find a solution to the various problems I have presented him with! He is easy to work with and very reliable- something which I value. I would recommend him and his team to anyone.

  They gave me a competitive quote to decorate the entire house, started job on time, very polite. Upon completion house was left immaculate. The quality of work was amazing, very happy customer
