Maria came to visit the bathroom the week before the job started. She and her son looked over the bathroom and were given the size of the tiles. I was sent a quote document and agreed the job based on this. The job then started and within 30mins, I received a call to say the wall weren't even and tiles both incur additional labour charges. Then on completion of the job, there was a large gap between the tiles and the ceiling. I was told they assumed the ceiling would be level so this has caused a huge gap. When I asked what I should do, they told me to put filler in it
