  Gas fire service / repair

  Kyle managed to fix our elderly and much loved gas fire, due to his knowledge and persistent “ not giving up” nature. He sourced the parts and has restored the fire back to good working order. We found him to be very reliable and excellent with his communication, keeping us informed every step of the way. We would highly recommend him 10/10. Thanks again Kyle

  Amazing Service

  Great service from Lucas Gas, whilst carrying out a routine service Kyle identified an issue with the external expansion vessel. He was able to source the parts locally and not only worked late to complete the repair but also improved the overall installation by the way he fitted the vessel

  Gas fire place service/repair

  after several attempts to get my gas fire repaired the persistent and 'won't be defeated' Kyle come up trumps and did it. Very reasonably price for a gas engineer and very very highly recommended. Would have Kyle back in a heartbeat (just hoping I don't need to for a while). Note: I contacted several gas fire repairers and only Lucas gas was willing to take the repair on.

  Annual gas boiler service

  Kyle did a brilliant job today. First service for the boiler he installed for me last year and everything was great. My gas consumption is reduced and my boiler is quieter than the old one. Overall I could not be happier

  New Boiler Install (Conversion)

  Absolutely brilliant! Kyle at Lucas Gas visited us to quote for a new boiler (conversion from an old floor standing boiler with water tanks to a new combi boiler). He carried out a really thorough survey which gave us confidence that he new exactly what he was taking on, including arranging for the old roof chimney to be closed off. Works were completed as per the quote and schedule. Kyle kept us fully informed all along, and he was a pleasure to have at the house - disruption was kept to the minimum and everything was kept really clean and tidy, plus he is a really nice guy. Highly recommend!

  New boiler install

  Good first meet to discuss the work required. Quote received in good time, which based on others' that delay, details get missed; not with Lucas Gas! Informed throughout the process with photos sent. Handover with clear instructions and details of the new system.
