Very efficient. Lucas arrived within 48 hours of me calling him, called the day before to confirm a time, arrived on time and was very professional. Reasonably priced, polite and all round fantastic. He ripped up the carpet and replaced a floor board, relaid the carpet and everything was put back the way it was. Fantastic tradesman. Thanks Lucas
