10 Painting a kitchen, a stables conversion ad outside windows

Job location: SY8Mark has delivered an excellent job. He has been working at our house for the last 4 months delivering a number of renovation projects and has delivered them all, working extra days as required, to meet deadlines. Where we have required extra trades such as plasterers, Mark has organised these. They had the same level of expertise and so the results were excellent. We would thoroughly recommend Mark - he delivers what you ask but if you need help, whether with paint colour ideas or the need for ancillary trades, he can sort these too and so helps you achieve your plans effortlessly.10 Painted front of house - all woodwork and masonry

Mark painted the front of our house beautifully. He had to laboriously remove over a 100 years of previous paint jobs and even had to inspect for asbestos. He was so thorough in his preparation. We are as happy with it today as we were when it was freshly done. Many of my neighbours asked Mark while he was working if he could do the same to their house. He was a joy to have around. We have been very happy with Mark’s work for us. We have asked him to do a number of different painting and decorating projects for us over more than ten years and in a couple of different homes. Mark is highly meticulous in everything he does, from the wall preparation, to the woodwork and to the papering or painting. He is very organised and good at predicting how long each room will take, keeping the room being decorated very tidy. I am Mark Richardson, owner of Luca Décor. I moved to Shropshire 3 years ago having built up my extensive client base and reputation in London since the 1990’s.
I can manage projects of any size ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard.
My passion and interest in property renovation and interiors, enables me to offer advice on colour palettes and wall coverings, delivering outstanding results time after time.
Now based in Shropshire, Luca Décor covers all areas across the county including Shrewsbury, Ironbridge, Ludlow, Craven Arms, Oswestry, Ellesmere and Wem.
With 30 years of experience and a strong attention to detail, I take pride in offering the highest quality finish. I offer a range of internal and external painting, decorating and refurbishment services for both residential and commercial properties.
Alongside the decorating I also specialise in wood floor sanding and restoration services. I work hard to enhance and restore every floor back to its original beauty.
