  rsj steel beam support for chimney

  Luan completed the job for supporting an unsupported chminey breast in the loft with an rsj steal beam. He was very quick and reliable and communicated well. He was also very patient and understanding when we had a set back with the neighbour. The work was completed to a high standard and Luan was very tidy and went the extra mile cleaning more than he needed to in the loft! Luan is also very friendly and gave us lots of advice. We were very happy with the work and we will be contracting Luan again.

  Reliable, organised, and went above and beyond

  We hired Luan for a difficult and disruptive bathroom conversion. His quote was fair, the work was planned logically, and everything was well organised from start to finish. A couple of unavoidable issues came up along the way, and each time Luan went above and beyond to resolve them properly. Even after the job was finished, he checked in to make sure everything was right. The team were respectful of our home throughout. My partner was pregnant at the time and they were considerate and careful, which mattered a lot to us. The bathroom now looks far better than the rest of the house, we’ll

  Dormer loft conversion with bathroom.

  I recently had a dormer loft conversion completed by Luan, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. From start to finish, they were on time and within budget, which was a huge relief. The team was professional and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The craftsmanship is exceptional – every detail was meticulously handled, and the final result exceeded my expectations.   Taking out the old kitchen re plastering new electrics new flat roof tiling and painting

  My experience of the above was great Luan and his team arrived everyday at the time arranged and always on time they left everyday after cleaning up they where polite and always let you know what was going to happen on that day. They fitted my new kitchen with minimum fuss and no issues on their part. I would certainly recommend Luan I found him honest and trustworthy.
