  Dormer loft conversion with bathroom.

  I recently had a dormer loft conversion completed by Luan, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. From start to finish, they were on time and within budget, which was a huge relief. The team was professional and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The craftsmanship is exceptional – every detail was meticulously handled, and the final result exceeded my expectations. The work was not only beautifully done but also structurally sound. I’ve already received so many compliments from friends and family about the space, and I would not hesitate to recommend Luan!

  Taking out the old kitchen re plastering new electrics new flat roof tiling and painting

  My experience of the above was great Luan and his team arrived everyday at the time arranged and always on time they left everyday after cleaning up they where polite and always let you know what was going to happen on that day. They fitted my new kitchen with minimum fuss and no issues on their part. I would certainly recommend Luan I found him honest and trustworthy.

  The job was extensive and required scaffolding and organising several tradesman to be on site at specific times. It all ran smoothly as the project was very well managed and Luan is highly experienced. The work was of an excellent standard so would recommend Luan to anyone who needs any building works done.

  Brick Repairs, Painting and Gutter replacement

  Luan and his team replaced badly spalled bricks, colour matched to the red originals, repaired and painted damaged concrete cills and renewed all of the gutters and downpipes at the front of the house. The work was carried out to a high standard and I was especially pleased with the brickwork replacements, which look fabulous, and the gutters. His painter also did an excellent job on the fascias and rendering. Luan sticks to his quote and goes above and beyond. Highly recommended.
