Handrail fitted short notice for my disabled daughter

I contacted Luan Craftsman Co Ltd asking if they could fit a handrail up the stairs for my daughter. She is disabled and we were moving in to a new house the next day. They messaged back immediately and booked in for next day. Turned up when they said they would and completed the job to a very high standard. The job involved drilling into my brick wall, and they made no mess whatsoever. As the job was for my daughter they said they would like to do the job free of charge as a gesture of goodwill. We are so grateful. We are really happy with the job and would highly recommend Luan Craftsman.

Built in cupboard

Requested a built up cupboard for the sitting room. Booked well in advance due to my own schedules. Turned up a little later than expected but had already been for the supplies and was ready to work immediately. He asked what i wanted and done everything exactly as i wanted it. Now, the cupboard is complete and although not primed, helped me with advice on how to prime and paint it. Offered his sanding machine if i wanted to use it before priming. Very proessional, work is of very high standard and would definitely recommend. Also offered NHS discount which was appreciated. Thank you 🙂

further to my original review dated earlier this month. due to a technical problem with this app there was a miscommunication between myself and Luan. this has now been resolved.Luan personally contacted me to personally apologise. I have since given him a further job,but not until June. I have no doubt he will receive a very positive outcome.
