I had Luan completly re-fit bathroom and modify the kitchen along with re-wiring the living room lighting, all jobs carried out to completion and for a competitive price, added a few little extra tasks, no problem, Luan is very easy going and friendly individual and does a excellent job, would definatley recommend.

Cosy Build did a complete renovation of a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat for me. The work was done to a very high standard. They communicated very well. Went out of their way to do other bits and pieces which was really appreciated. They explained everything they were doing. Will be using Cosy Build for future projects!!

Luan did a great job for me - removed fitted wardrobes, made good the walls and ceilings afterwards, repaired floorboards, painted three rooms to a high standard, and fitted risers to some stairs so that they could be carpeted. Work completed on time, to a good standard, and everything left clean and tidy at the end. Would recommend - thanks Luan!

Our flat had an infestation of mice which needed urgent attention. Luan came to our rescue. He was very quick to get back to me with an evaluation of the job and an accurate quote. He was able to start the work immediately: removing the old kitchen, rebuilding the walls, sealing all gaps and finally fitting the new kitchen. His work is excellent and very thorough. He kept in contact with me about the progress and communication was great. Luan did my flat roof with the new material EPDM. Luan did a clean neat job and approx two years later the roof looks just as good and no leaks even after some heavy stormy weather. Luan will respond to any questions in a short frame of time and has a pleasant manner. However he does like plenty of English tea.

Luan and his team were excellent - they arrived early and set to work immediately, keeping everything tidy as they went. Communication had been prompt leading up to the work. Would highly recommend!
