The company gave a correct assessment and quote from pictures I sent. The quote was fair, especially for 24hr short notice, with work done on a Sunday. Luke arrived on time and got straight to work, whilst communicating as and when needed. The job was completed professionally and to a high standard. I would definitely recommend and use the company again.

Luke delivered an ideal service throughout. He responded to my initial enquiry on a Saturday and by Sunday evening we had agreed a price and he had agreed a date and time to complete the work. He arrived early, got straight to work and was finished promptly but without rushing. As well as completing what looks so far like a sound repair he also paid attention to making a tidy decorative finish meaning I only had a simple refit of a fixture to have everything back as new.

This was a relatively small repair job on an external door. Luke was efficient and specific with the communication and no surprises with the quote. Did the job on time and as described and promised. We will keep Luke in mind for future jobs .

Luke made the process very easy, was super responsive and communicative. He wasn’t able to source an exact match for the floorboard but provided a workaround and adjusted the cost accordingly. Very happy with the service and result.

I had Luke working on my project - and he was great! Super responsive and helpful, and the final staircase space that he came to work on was resolved in half a day. Neat and tidy, cleaned up the space well once he was done. Hopefully get to work with him once again on another project
