  Before my decision to choose a plumber, l checked the reviews on Checkatrade about L T Mapstone & l must say Luke lived upto the positive reviews about his workmanship, his attitude and attention to detail. Nothing was too much for him. I love my newly refurbished bathroom. I’ve had very positive feedback from family and friends who have come to have a look. I must say Luke has somewhat restored my faith in contractors after l had a bad experience last year. That’s a good thing!!thank you Luke for doing a great job on my bathroom.

  Sunamp Thermal Battery Installation

  Luke worked with Eddie from Clayton&Co to install a Sunamp thermal battery in the Sheffield/Doncaster area. With it being a relatively new technology, I needed to be confident that I could trust Luke. He came to do a survey and I could immediately tell he was very knowledgeable. At the time of the installation, Luke worked tirelessly to make sure we had a good quality installation and I couldn’t be happier with his work.

  Luke contacted me promptly and discussed what was required. He arrived on time and completed the work without any fuss. The items that he replaced he had on the van so there was no waiting for parts. Luke cleaned up after himself too. Great job at an agreeable price.

  TRV installation

  Initially, Luke responded immediately, with both advice and a quote. He was happy to work around our schedule to fit the work in. He liaised with us on the day re timings and did a thorough, quality job and left everything clean and tidy. He recognised the boiler needed the filter cleaning to improve the circulation so did this on the job. We have since had him back to do our boiler service alongside his colleague which was done without issue. Competitive price. He explained everything in layman’s terms. We will gladly use Luke again!
