  Fix to leaky roof and roof refurb

  I had a leak with my roof during heavy rainfall. Lewis was able to come out and assess this almost immediately, worked out the issue which was a cracked valley, and quickly got to work sorting it out. Really pleased with that work carried out, all done professionally with the process explained clearly. LTG also cleared all the moss off the roof and again I’m happy with that work. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again, cheers.

  Repair to roof and replaced guttering.

  I contacted LTG as I needed a leak in my roof repairing. They already had a job in the village so we're able to assess the problem the next day and started the job promptly. The job was finished in a couple of days. The guys were very friendly, extremely capable and continued to work in horrendously wet conditions to get the job finished. I now have a completely watertight roof!

  Garage coating and UPVC porch covering.

  Fantastic service from start to finish. Lewis and team did a great job on coating my garage roof and applying UPVC to the front porch cover. I was kept fully informed of all work being carried out and they listened to any input I might give. This is not the first time I have used LTG Home Improvements Ltd and have always been 100% happy with there work. I will definitely use them again in the future. Totally recommend to anyone needing work done.

  Incredible Customer Care

  Lewis visited our property in Pica Cottages, Pica, West Cumbria on Wednesday 29/10/25 after we contacted him less than 24 hours before. This was incredible alone and even more so when you consider he had very important family matters to consider. He supplied and fitted a replacement drain pipe that had blown completely off our house over a month previously resulting in water coming out of an unconnected hopper like a shower from three properties (ours and neighbours each side) My wife and I cannot describe our appreciation enough for Lewis’ professionalism and customer care.
