  We needed lots of moss clearing from roof, gutters and walls of our cottage in Lake District. Lewis and his team were straightforward and prompt and knew their stuff to get the moss cleared and the roof and walls treated - all for a fair price. I will use them again for sure. Nick

  Cleaning and gutter repair work.

  Was in need of cleaning and repair work to gutters and fascia which were clogged and weather worn. Lewis gave knowledgeable and professional advice on what work was needed and on agreeing a price came to do the work within two days. He and his team provided an excellent service, were courteous throughout and did a great job. Would use LHG for any future needs without hesitation.

  Quick response and a thorough job

  I received a very quick response to my enquiry about clearing the guttering. Lewis insepcted the job and advised clearing the roof of accumulated moss as well as clearing the guttering. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently by two of his employees and in addition a loose ridge tile was fixed. The roof was treated with a moss killer with a 5 year guarantee against recurrence and a return visit was arranged to flush out the guttering and down pipes in case any dead moss not completely removed had come off the roof into the guttering. Not a cheap job but worth the cost.

  Cleaning the gutters

  A Checkatrade leaflet came through the letterbox containing LTG Home Improvements details. Our gutters needed cleaning and inspecting after some years when they hadn't been maintained. We got in touch with LTG and within a short time the work was done, gutters were cleaned and new guttering was installed where needed. The work was thoroughly discussed with us and undertaken, very cheerfully, by skilled LTG staff in cold and miserable weather. Of course the sun has come out now after weeks of rain.

  I spoke to Lewis by chance when he was putting a leaflet through my letterbox and had a quote there and then for removing the considerable build up of moss from my roof and solar panels. He also pointed out problems with my ridge tiles. There was no pressure but I decided to go ahead. Work started 2 days later and over the week my roof was thoroughly cleaned and treated, ridge tiles and all areas around my roof repaired and treated with a 5 year guarantee. Also my conservatory roof and all fascias and UPVC around the house cleaned. What a difference! All done efficiently and cleanly.

  The work carried out on my home was done. Great they removed all the moss and treated it they were pleasant, lads, and did whatever they could to help me. I would recommend these any time for all work.
