  Silicon on shower tray

  Llew carried out some work in my bathroom. He carefully removed all the old silicon and applied new one. His work was very neat and he spent some time in doing this and did not rush the work. He will be coming back to carry out further work for me soon.

  Outstanding service from start to finish

  The plumber arrived promptly, got straight to work installing an outside tap, and kept me fully updated on progress throughout the visit. The workmanship was spot‑on, and he left everything clean and tidy. A few days after the installation, I had a question about how to attach a garden hose. He responded quickly, and was just as helpful as he’d been on the day. Reliable, professional, and genuinely customer‑focused. Highly recommended.

  Bathroom and kitchen plumbing issues

  Llew came same day and resolved all three plumbing issues before he left. Was polite and tidy, and communicated well for when he would arrive and for what needed doing. Would definitely use again, especially being a busy landlord.

  Would not recommend this trade. We agreed on work that needed to be carried out but on arrival is said he can't but then retained some of my initial deposit, he claimed it's for his fuel and time. He fitted a new toilet seat on an old W/C that are different brand that now cost me extra to remove because he glued it to keep it in place just so he can put some of my deposit. Avoid this tradesperson This a job he decided not interested after collecting deposit. I would gladly post message thread if he say otherwise.

  Excellent service from start to finish. Arrived on time, quickly identified the issue, and completed the work to a very high standard. Everything was explained clearly, pricing was fair, and the workspace was left clean and tidy afterwards. Very reliable, professional, and friendly — I would definitely recommend and use again.
