  Replacement conservatory roof

  The overall standard of workmanship is good and the finished garden room looks excellent. The team were polite and returned to address any snagging issues however what prevented me giving top marks was the late discussion about an expensive cavity wall tray which I felt should’ve been identified and explained before work started rather than during the project . That experience left a disappointing final impression on an otherwise good job.

  Brilliant from start to finish

  From start to finish the team at LTC were excellent. We were unfortunate enough to have quite a bad problem with our roof, and the team at LTC were very transparent and honest with us about the scale of work that was needed. At every stage we were updated and informed of any challenges or other issues but at the same time given good and honest advice. Eddie and Vanessa were the ones we primarily dealt with, and both were excellent. The quality of work was brilliant and the finished result was outstanding. I would recommend LTC to any person looking for quality building work.

  Porch roof

  Very pleased with the building work , had a new roof put on our back porch . Builders were very tidy and cleaned up after themselves , came on time and spent 2 days working, finish is excellent.

  LTC were professional and helpful throughout. The job was completed quickly. The scaffolding was erected and taken down in a timely manner with the minimum of disruption. At the end of the job they cleaned up after themselves.

  House roof repair

  Ref Mr Lilley Had the front elevation of my house replaced . From getting quote to rectify problem to completion everything went smoothly and was kept informed of everything being done inc photos. End of day site was left clean and tidy Very satisfied with everything and would highly recommend
