Lewis carried out work to resolve our rising damp and drainage issues. He also arranged for Alan and Mark to replace a small flat roof. We were impressed by their work ethic and very pleased with the work carried out. Highly recommend.

We had investigations and quotations from several other contractors who had all ‘talked up’ the scope and remedial works. LT Building Services Ltd gave an honest appraisal of the works required and quoted half of what others had priced. A quote was turned around within 24 hours and the work completed within 2 weeks of us providing instruction. LT Building Services Ltd were professional, clean, and understood they were working in an environment with 2 young children. I would not hesitate in recommending this company again.

We contacted lewis from LT building services as we recently moved into a property which had damp in certain areas. We had contacted a few other tradesman but was either let down or found them to be unprofessional. This was by no means the case with lewis. He was extremely professional quoted a fair price and even arranged for his plumber to remove all the rads that need to be removed and refitted them once the work was completed. Lewis is friendly, tidy and extremely helpful. Will definitely be using him again for future plans with the property.

Having damp issues on an internal wall we had the work done by LT Building Services. The communication was great at all times, the work carried out was professional and to a high quality and the impact on the house was minimal. We highly recommend and will be using them again in the future

We had a rising damp issue on the ground floor of our house it spread under the windows and above the fireplaces. Lewis and his team did a fantastic job. Explained the issues clearly and provided a quote which detailed out the works needed. They were incredibly tidy from start to finish. My painter praised the plastering work and the end result is perfect Highly recommended!

I'm a landlord living away from my property in Borough Green Kent. I would highly recommend Lewis, he is very customer focused and you'll feel involved in how best to resolve the damage caused by damp. My tenants were very complimentary on his workmanship, he arrived on time, all the rubbish was removed, before and after photos were sent to me... Most importantly, he didn't charge for the site survey and I didn't feel pressured in making an immediate decision.
