Excellent job completed by LT Building Services. We had a new media wall built, removal of old wall paper, walls plastered, new internal doors fitted and complete decoration of lounge and hall upstairs and down, new underfloor heating and new flooring, all carried out by Lewis’s professional team. This was all excellently project managed by Lewis, someone here every day throughout the project and the whole works carried out to a very high standard. I would highly recommend LT building Services, for their professional approach and all the team were lovely and trustworthy people.

We are so happy with the work carried out on our sitting room - ceiling replaced, walls boarded and plastered. Special render to chimney breast and window wall. Lewis came at the appointed time, submitted his quote ahead of schedule and kept to the schedule of works. He was polite, conscientious and meticulous in his work. He brought in a couple of other trades to assist, whose work was also of an excellent standard. I have already recommended him to friends!

Lewis and his team undertook a project at our house involving a small rear extension, new kitchen, new downstairs bathroom, new flooring throughout, re-rendering of front and rear of the house and a new garden patio and fencing. The works were completed efficiently, on time and on budget. Lewis was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish - he assisted in the design process and was very creative in helping us achieve exactly what we wanted and patient wiht out demands! I would highly recommend.

Excellent work thank you and reasonably priced

Lewis carried out work to resolve our rising damp and drainage issues. He also arranged for Alan and Mark to replace a small flat roof. We were impressed by their work ethic and very pleased with the work carried out. Highly recommend.

We had investigations and quotations from several other contractors who had all ‘talked up’ the scope and remedial works. LT Building Services Ltd gave an honest appraisal of the works required and quoted half of what others had priced. A quote was turned around within 24 hours and the work completed within 2 weeks of us providing instruction. LT Building Services Ltd were professional, clean, and understood they were working in an environment with 2 young children. I would not hesitate in recommending this company again.
