Lee was very helpful, showed me the issues encountered and we discussed options and solutions. Provided me with multiple quotes for different jobs so I could prioritise the work done (ridge repair, tile repair, moss and gutter clean, removal of old satellite dish) ended up opting for everything in a discounted final quote.
