Lee & Dan came on time as arranged to view my leaking roof, inspected it and showed me how bad my roof was (also sent me the video he took prior to leaving which was nice so I could see how bad my roof was) reasonable quote and due to how well he explained everything, and was available to repair my roof & chimney within a couple of days. Booked Lee to come on the Friday, arrived promptly and carried out the work to a very high standard (Lee even cleaned my gutters for me when finished!) I am that happy with his work I have saved his contact details in my mobile should I need 1st class work

Lee answered the job request on Checkatrade promptly and came to have a look at our issue the next day. He was the only one who got up on the roof, a single storey kitchen diner extension, to have a close look at why we had a leak. He immediately spotted an issue with several broken tiles and poorly fitted lead flashing and while I watched took photos so I would know he wasn't trying to scam me. One of the tiles was so wet underneath it that it had moss growing in the cracks. The work was carried out efficiently and so far looks like it was successful.

Lee came round the same day we posted and offered a great quote. He took time to get up onto the roof and check the issue. Identified the leak and a solution. (Unlike 2 other quotes that were done from ground level and never looked at the roof). Lee came a few days later in horrible weather and stripped the roof and boards, reboarded, laid the EDPM finish in 2 days. A great service and really good price.
