Excellent work. Great communication and easy to deal with. Initially only hired to do the kitchen as part of a whole house renovation but as new issues were discovered Luke was very helpful and worked with other trades on site to get additional work done.

Luke did few things and insulation hallway floor,screed Everything was perfect except the floor.I got people to come and give me price for fitting flooring on top of the concrete Luke put down they said theycant coz its uneven. Luke came to sand it down but still not right. I was away june and july. Came back to get flooring done I was told floor still uneven and plus some parts are cracked. Luke not responding to my messages. He looked at one and not the rest. I don't understand building work but when I put floorboards down to check they're are like seesaw. The floor needs redoing.

Luke quickly came up and gave us a rundown of what needed to be done. Spoke in plain english so I could understand. Managed to fit the job in very quickly, and was clean in his work, courteous and efficient. He was a pleasure to have do the job. Will not hesitate to recommend or have him back if I need any future work done.

Had Luke out to fix our dampness & re-plaster our wall. He assured the dampness wouldn’t come back. He cost us £360 for the work & when he came back after the work was completed he didn’t care about the dampness & didn’t want to make any adjustments even though his work was guaranteed for a year.

Luke was prompt, efficient and his work was excellent. He was always pleasant and courteous and was knowledgable regarding the job. He cleaned up well each day and at the end of the job. Have already booked him in for further work.
