  Flooring carried out to a high standard

  The job was to remove old wooden flooring, replace damp joists, insulate then lay engineered floor boards, the guys did a great job very efficient , cleared mess as they went I was talked through each stage by Luis as its an old house so needed few changes! Very happy with the finished product and house feels so much warmer .

  Don’t hesitate to use them!! They built the most beautiful patio for us, took down our old garage and log cabin going up with tiled front area Very respectable team, Luis communication is excellent always checking in at each step if i was happy with his work Thank you guys can’t wait for sunny days to enjoy my new garden area

  Top quality, reliability, attention to detail, friendly team of expert builders

  I could not recommend L Solid enough. Everything from start to finish was a pleasure. The team worked exceptionally hard and at pace, they were friendly, punctual and all took pride in their work and their attention to detail matched mine. The construction consisted of a large external extension, full building reg specs, excavation and infill of footings, soak away, double block skin and insulation, steel for vaulted pitched roof, roof tiling and x2 velux install, steel wind posts, internal plaster boarding, plastering, flooring and external cladding to block work.

  Reconfiguration of ground floor, kitchen & bedroom install

  Works were carried out professionally, on on time and quality of works and attention to detail was flawless. Kitchen, bespoke built in wardrobes / carpentry was second to none for quality.

  Luis and the team were amazing: punctual, quick, tidy and throughout very professional. Luis was clear beforehand in talking the job through and setting out what needs to be done when - then they did it and it went all according to plan. They were even finished much quiker then anticipated. Looking forward to the next project and will recommend to friends.

  Total renovation project carried out swiftly

  We wanted to expand our living area and break down a wall separating the kitchen and living room. This included a chimney breast removal from top to bottom. Luis approached the job with a solution and a can-do mindset. His team were efficient and completed the job to spec. I'd recommend Luis and his team to do the total renovation jobs in good time and and standard.
