  Demolition of garden / building walls and foundation

  Luis and his team did an excellent job demolishing these walls and foundations in freezing conditions and snow. Quick to respond to the job and booked in next week. Arrived on time and had made the arrangements for the plant hire to start right away. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

  Things went very well - and quickly, following LSolid's plan for the necessary repair. The new lintel and support have completely stabilised a cracking wall, with all the alterations now nicely concealed. The men were very pleasant, obviously experienced and splendidly tidy.

  Great Dedicated Building Team

  Luis and his team have just completed an extension at our property in record time! They worked really hard every day till the job was completed apart from natural breaks when they had to wait on other trades such as patio door installation. We found Luis very knowledgable about construction methodology and provided us with many cost saving approaches during the work. Luis was also very helpful dealing with our neighbours and kept noisy disturbances to minimum. Great attitude, polite and they tidied up every day! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend L Solid Construction to friends and family.

  Garage removal

  Luis was quick to respond with a competitive quote following site survey and managed to fit us in between a number of other jobs. He and his team worked hard throughout the day, arranging a skip and specialist removal team (for asbestos) all for the same day. The job was completed exactly how we wanted it and the area left clean and tidy. They had some spare space in the skip so even cleared some other piles of rubbish we had for no extra cost. A friendly, responsive and hard working team who we would use again without hesitation.

  Flooring carried out to a high standard

  The job was to remove old wooden flooring, replace damp joists, insulate then lay engineered floor boards, the guys did a great job very efficient , cleared mess as they went I was talked through each stage by Luis as its an old house so needed few changes! Very happy with the finished product and house feels so much warmer .

  Don’t hesitate to use them!! They built the most beautiful patio for us, took down our old garage and log cabin going up with tiled front area Very respectable team, Luis communication is excellent always checking in at each step if i was happy with his work Thank you guys can’t wait for sunny days to enjoy my new garden area
