    they managed to squeeze us in before Christmas which was brilliant, they did the job really well, and even replaced a radiator that blew up. fantastic guys did a fantastic job

    Black particles in bath water

    Lots of black particles were appearing in the hot water when running a bath. I had already reported the issue a few days ago as I had plumbing and drainage insurance. They sent out a plumber who told me it was due to perished rubber seals in my hot water tank and it would need replacing, which was not covered on my policy. I decided to get a second opinion from another plumber. Sebastian responded promptly. He spent nearly an hour carrying out work to find the cause and found the problem was caused by the boiler not the hot water tank. He did not even charge me for his time.

    Hi. This was an excellent service. Basically, my control panel for my heating was only working intermittently. Seb diagnosed it remotely and then came round briefly to fix it. He didn't charge for it. So kind and so good!
