Liam arrived dot on time, was very polite and had our leak sorted in under half an hour, very happy with price quoted and we will be definitely using Liam and his dad for all our plumbing needs in the future, highly recommended.

Liam and Francis have done almost the entirety of my house renovation - including fixing work done by cowboy builders - and there's no one I'd trust more! I started out needing minor plumbing repairs and since then they've done flooring, shelving, a full back to brick bedroom renovation and a full kitchen renovation that reconfigured the room and doubled the useable space - and now a full back to brick basement renovation as well. They keep me informed and give me options at every stage, provide great advice, the price is always very reasonable and they're great guys as well. Thank you!

FULL KITCHEN RE-FIT & NEW TILED FLOOR & ELECTRICS. Brilliant job by Liam & his dad, Francis. Beautiful kitchen, Belfast sink, tiles, electrics & tiled floor. It looks lovely & I'm super pleased. Attention to detail is great. Good communication at all times. Even cleaning up each day & ensuring the area was safe for my dogs to bed down each night! Those things matter to me. More work booked in...chimney repairs, book shelves & more tiling. There's always another job to be done & I only want Liam & Francis doing the work. The kettle is always on! Renovated bathrooms how I asked, end result looks and functions great, with the work being carried out in a reasonable time frame with friendly service.

5/5 Exceptional Service I had a shower leak on a Sunday and Liam was incredibly responsive. He offered helpful advice immediately and arranged to come out the next day. After assessing the situation, we decided to replace the in-wall shower, and Liam provided excellent options at a fair price. His workmanship is top-notch, and communication throughout the process was fantastic. I highly recommend Liam Seaton Property Services for their professionalism and reliability.

Liam came to repair a leak in my bath and returned 2 further times after the issue was not solved. The issue was not fixed. After maintaining contact again he advised he could not come again without an extra cost. I advised I was happy to pay to get the issue resolved and even suggested an alternative approach. Liam did not respond so I gave up. It is a shame as he seemed genuine and reliable but the lack of response and giving up on trying to fix my issue was unprofessional and frustrating.
