The issue was explained clearly, and the repair was carried out efficiently and to a high professional standard.   5* Service from start to finish!

  Excellent service! Emergency call out on a Sunday evening for a nail through a pipe. Was told up to 90mins on the phone, engineer called in advance and came in 30 mins. The engineer was extremely knowledgeable and fixed the problem super quick! He was happy for me to watch and explained the works as he went. Would highly recommend! 5*
