  Single storey extension & Loft Conversion

  LR Architecture has seamlessly designed our vision for what we wanted to achieve to our property. Luke is a genuinely nice guy and wants the best for his clients. After visiting our property a few times, he mapped out a full 3D scale video of his creation, which was even better than our own vision. Luke is a credit to his profession, himself and his own business. I am an electrical contractor running my own business and I cannot recommend him highly enough. To top it all off, Luke offers incredible value for money. Top bloke and thank you for doing such an amazing job for our home.

  Additional Bedroom & Garage Conversion

  Luke was always very professional, listened and understood our requirements giving us several design options to improve and upgrade our home in order to provide another bedroom within the existing footprint and convert our garage to include additional facilities for our disabled son, add another bathroom and extend our kitchen. He was always punctual when visiting and met all of his deadlines. Luke also took care of the planning permission for us which has just been passed and we are looking forward to commencing building works very soon.

  Kitchen extension on Grade 2 Listed Property

  Luke is so helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and interested. He really listens and offers sensible suggestions. The videos, drawings and documents he created were all excellent and gave me a clear understanding of how the finished work would look. So delighted with him and have already recommended him to friends who also found him to be excellent. Thorougly recommend.

  Design a swim spa building in the garden of our listed property.

  As a listed building we needed advice on how best to approach the planning requirement for a Swim Spa and associated building works in our garden. Luke advised us to go for Pre Planning and prepared detailed plans for this, which was successful with no adverse comments. We made some small amendments, which Luke incorporated into the final submission along with all the Bells and Whistles required by Dorset. We achieved full planning permission with no further questions asked. It was a pleasure to work with Luke and we have been more than satisfied with his advice, communication and drawings.

  Planning application.

  Dealing with Luke was great he came to our home and discussed our requirements which he took on board and came back with several options one of which we chose. Luke submitted the plans and applied for planning permission on our behalf which was successful. He also did our building regulations drawings.Would highly recommend his company very professional and reliable.
